Hello! My name is Emily and this is my fifth ETEC course. I’m still debating whether the certificate or the degree program is best for me! I’ve been a traveller for the past ten years, bouncing around Canada (and other countries). I just got back in the summer from Japan, only to redirect northwards to the Arctic! I’m currently living in Nunavut, where warm is a magical four letter word that doesn’t exist here. I teach physical education, careers and technology, health, and visual and performing arts to junior high school students. I’m taking this course, because I would like to start my own education facility in the future, teaching the arts and various extra curricular activities, using renewable resources and teaching about sustainability. I’m looking forward to learning and growing with all of you!
