A1. ToonTastic analyst report

ToonTastic, a product of Luanchpad Toys Company, is one of the famous storytelling makers apps. It allows elementary students to create animated movies based on Story Arc structure. In ToonTastic, kids can choose their favorite characters, or draw their own ones, color, record their voices, choose background music according to theme  and share their videos with friends and family.

In 2003, Google requested Launchpad Toys company and its now part of it.

Thanks for sharing your A1 Analyst Report on Toontastic! I liked that you included the pedagogical foundations of the app in your analysis. The inclusion of these features are definitely what makes this app a big seller in the education market. I would love to include another competitor as well: Puppet Pals HD and Puppet Pals 2. These are apps that allow you to record stories and bring your characters to life through animations that the user creates. It also allows you to set your story, much like Toontastic, in settings relevant to the story line. It was smart to include the end users and the pros and cons of the tool as it demonstrates your review is an analysis rather than trying to “sell” Toontastic.

For competitors you should probably include bitstrips and Scratch/ Scratch Jr. When you say "After being a part of Google, the application becomes totally free" do you mean just having a Google account?

This looks like a user-friendly application for students to be able to create animations. Students enjoy telling stories in mediums other than writing. I will definitely suggest this application to teachers who are looking for animation sites.
