Danatec, based out of Calgary, provides online safety training for Dangerous Goods transportation, WHMIS, and a wide variety of other online training topics including hazardous materials, electrical safety, ground distrubance and more. Because the programs are offered online, these courses are available anywhere, anytime. So while this company is not actually located in my area (Vancouver Island, BC), it does support workers here as many companies use the Danatec online training programs.
Danatec has been in business for 30 years and boasts the title of creating the first self-teaching training for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods. Danatec has a continued and growing demand for employees and advertises the following:
