I have put together my thoughts on why Microlearning is the next big shift in creating learning. Although not formally, microlearning has already crept into our lives by the way to youtube videos, facebook feeds, daily updates. Researches are going on if it can replace traditional methods. But replace or not, in my opinion, Microlearning has a tremendous investment potential. It is definitely worth considering for a corporate training alternative, or to fill those needs of the learners which are not fulfilled by traditional training.
