Prezi is an up-and-coming slideshow software that is challenging Microsoft, Apple, and Google for a market share in the presentation market. Prezi is known for it’s engaging, non-linear presentations that ‘zoom’ from topic to topic. Since its creation nearly a decade ago, the company has seen tremendous growth which is matched by innovation in the software. Prezi recently updated their product, launching “Prezi Next”, refreshing the interface, style, and polish of their web-based and PC/MAC/Android/iOS software. The launch of “Prezi Next” also coincides with their first acquisition, the infographic startup “Infogram“, which is a web-based data-visualization software that allows users to easily create and share charts, graphs, and infographics.
