Similar to some of you, I have chosen an unconventional approach to this assignment. Rather than study an individual tool or product, I chose to analyze micro-learning as an industry. In an attempt to understand this industry, I focused on: macro- and micro-level changes within the workplace, and identified how micro-learning was a solution. I concluded this video by sharing some micro-learning authoring tools that hopefully you will find some use in!
