School Boards, Administrators, and Educators have long struggled to find a piece of technology they can affordably put into the hands of their students. As such, the chosen device must meet a number of criteria from a multitude of stakeholders; some of which being affordability, durability, practicality, educational merit, and user-friendliness. Moreover, in an age where technology can rapidly innovate, stakeholders must be careful not to invest in a piece of technology, or company, that is susceptible to quickly becoming obsolete.
On this rationale, I decided to analyze Sentio’s Superbook – a laptop shell that attempts to extend your Smartphone capabilities into a familiar desktop format. In the following OER, I will go assess this venture using a number of criteria, and ultimately try to convince you investors why this is not worthy of your money!
