Review - I really enjoyed your pitch. It gave me a pretty good understanding of your product. I am very interested in this product for a few reasons. First, I was at a conference and an individual drew a mind map of a keynote speech during the speech. I thought it brought the learning to a new level. That picture allows me to remember the keynote speech. Second, including audio is key. As an EVA I would invest because a picture truly is worth a thousand words. I can see this product being used in both education but also in business. This might be marketable to various companies.

Review - I thought your idea is something that could be a success. I can see teachers and students really taking to this idea. It is a very mobile idea that can allow for students to learn through exploration. As an EVA I would invest in this idea because AR and mobility will be the next big thing in education. Your idea should be successful in bringing students to exploration.

Review - As mentioned by a few other peers in the discussion, this would be a challenging endeavours because there are already a lot of players in the market. Also, trying to get them all to play under the same app might be a challenge. I do like the concept and your idea might make MOOCs a bit easier to connect too. As an EVA I don't think I'd invest because of some of the challenges that were mention in my post and this discussion.

Review - AR is certainly gaining popularity and will only continue to gain in popularity. I think the timing of you venture might be very good. I also like your concept and engaging students through educational markers. As an EVA I would want to discuss a bit more about your concept and try to figure out the best way to market your product. Investing in AR now is a good idea.

Review - I do like the idea of using digital textbooks in classrooms and throughout education. The portability and ease of updates are huge. Your idea can help take digital textbooks to a step above above. As an EVA, if I was in the publishing industry I would think very hard about investing in your idea. It might be a good way to stay ahead of the market.

Jordan - AR has been huge lately as it is hard to go anywhere without seeing some people playing pokemon go. I really like your concept as it gives individuals the ability to gain some physical fitness as well as learn their surroundings. I think that the timing of your app is great and it would allow for educators to capitalize on the popularity of AR. From an EVA perspective, I would be interested in your app as I can see many educational connection including geography and history.

Jesse, I enjoyed your pitch and your idea. As we continue to move into a mobile world - this app can fit into that scene. There are many positives that you have included into the concept that could make this app something that users want to use. I like how the work and information can follow the student. This could be useful to capture the progress that students have made. Finally, the communication that could be had between teachers and parents through this app could take it to the next level. Google's educational apps and products are pretty much on the mark. I have enjoyed using their products and your idea could really extend their grasp on the market by providing useful and well thought out products. Taking Google Classroom and developing an LMS could be a good idea. It could be a tough go because of the market of LMSs but making an LMS with useful and easy to use feature (like the other google products) could make the New Google Classroom stand above the rest.

Your project is quite interesting, as it could help teachers and students gain access to additional social studies materials. Focusing on one Canadian Province and then branch out is a good idea over time. There is also a lot of room to grow with regards to mobile technology and apps etc. Would you want to branch into creating mobile apps that could allow for teachers and students to use as their primary social studies learning platform?

Review - I went through your pitch, both the 1 minute video and the website for your product. I am interested in the product as I think it could be used to connect many individuals from various locations in order to facilitate a conference(s). During economical challenging times, travel fees and other costs associated with attending a conference in person might not be an option. I think you have covered areas that could make conference live in more of a digital world. It would be interesting to see the possible layout for such a product.
