Book+App AR/VR/MR Learning Can Be Magic!

By Tyler on January 25, 2020

This is from Kickstarter where I searched for educational tools.  I found this one very interesting, something that could be used in a primary classroom, as well as at home. This tool was developed in China as a virtual reality tool to help children learn words, have different experiences and enhance their learning.

Hi Robert, thanks for checking out the company. I left it out of the elevator pitch because of the time and the product is secondary to the company itself. Its listed in the venture. Thanks again.

Thanks for your feedback. I was under the impression this wasn't about a product but a company. My technology product is listed inside the venture. We have an app that can show people where they need to clean. (which is a technology). Thanks again for checking us out.

Hi Kendra! Thanks for sharing your company with us. I have to start by saying I really got a kick out of the elevator use for your actual elevator pitch, what a clever idea! I think your company is solid and will be a great benefit to many people who will and are affected by the COVID crisis. Is there any other competition out there for companies like yours with products like this? How long will each professional development course take a person? These were the only questions I had. I like that you informed everyone what the main issue the world was going to face and how this company would help people out. Thanks for sharing.

1 Apr Posted on Assignment 3: Venture Pitch – Rise eLearning Authoring Tool

Hi Manize thanks for sharing your company! I think this a great time and opportunity to invest in a company like Rise. I really liked your elevator pitch and the use of all the graphics was great! How did you make it? I liked all the slides with information and liked how you didnt just read each slide. Having never used Rise before I am left wondering if primary students can use it? You did a good job talking about why the company/product is important in todays world. I liked that you also showed many of the other companies and their products for competition out there. I would invest in this company. Thanks for sharing.

FEEDBACK: Hello Gregory, thanks for sharing your venture. I loved the idea of this! I would invest for sure. For students to have a real chance at using what they have learned in school to do something creative like this is amazing. Good job! I would be interested in seeing if there is an opportunity for younger students to give a try at this that would be cool. For your elevator pitch, I love the use of prezi but perhaps for the elevator pitch adding some audio would keep the audience motivated to go through? Just a thought.

Nice work! I will be honest that I did not know much about this topic before hand. I have been working through it the last two days and I am really interested in this and feel I have learned so much! Thanks for creating an easy and interactive OER.
