Hello Ryan, I never thought of VR and theater, is definitely something new for me. You have identified the pain point and VR might be the solution. This type of tool brings a lot of possibilities for schools that do not have a large budget. VR accessories are expensive and schools might be somewhat hesitant about it, but if VR tools can be used in several subjects, then is definitely something to go for. If VR can be used in language learning, math, biology or any other subjects this would solve the financial constraint that school have when buying material and equipment for class. Suggestion: I would have enjoyed the to see you in the elevator pitch. Since it related to visual and performing arts, maybe having your “personally” explain it to us could have been more catchy.

Hello Johnny, Great concept. Your elevator pitch was great. Half way through your elevator pitch and I already wanted to know more about it. I come from an Asian background too, so I know all about the practice that we have to go through. After all practice makes perfect. Immersion is the way to go. Student can personally experience math application of different scenarios. Like Scott I also asked myself how would that work with trigonometry or harder math. But math is in our daily lives, so I guess teenager students would be set in real-life scenario applying different type of maths to solve the problem. Math was not an issue for me at school, but I saw many struggle with it. Maybe your venture could expand to other subject too. Would you consider that?

Hello Michael, I like how clean and simple you kept the site/ presentation. I would have enjoyed hearing a voice on the elevator pitch, I think that it gives a touch of personality to the pitch. The way you word it, it definitely catches my interest in investing in this product. I would have like to see some more graphics, so as to get an idea of how actually the app looks and works. As an EVA, I would invest in your venture because you have clearly identified the pain point in language learning and the market possibilities that are out there.

Hello Lee, I think you have clearly identified the pain point. It is evident that you have done your research and the information that you present in clear. Like Ryan, I get the impression that you are an expert in the subject. As an EVA, I would invest since the presentation that you provide is precise and you have identified the gap and the possibilities within this market. My only comment is that when I look at your venture pitch, the text is blurry. Is it not that readable when I stop the video and try to read the text on your slides.

Hello Sarah, The idea of life long learning is a great concept. I like the idea of online course learning. I think that because we went to the traditional we enjoy the idea on short online learning course. Is there data or research of some kind showing that online course such as the ones you suggest have a better chance triggering learners’ curiosity? Like Scott, I would like to know more about the courses or even the syllabus of the what is being taught to the users. I get a general idea of how it works, but I would like to have further information on the courses and the target audience.

Hello Judy, Great venture! I think is a great idea to teach children/ teenagers about finance. You found a pain point, and it is very realistic. My concern is that most of the teenagers are not that concern about financial matters. Parents my like the idea more than the users (teenagers), would they actually use it? As for the elevator pitch, maybe you could have added a voice to your pitch? There were some text on your site that had a small font size, it was not very easy to read.

Hello Sarah, Great Pitch! It is a great idea, I really like the concept of having an social media platform for students to share knowledge. When I watched your elevator pitch I was already attracted to the idea of “knowledge creators”. I have some questions that came us while going through your venture: I know that this social media sharing platform is base on STEM, have u considered non-STEM subjects? Is there an age restriction? Would parents also have an account to see what their children have to share? When sharing their work or knowledge, how would this be categorized?

Hello Melissa, Thank you for sharing your story with us. You gave me the impression that you are very commented to this venture. Your pro experience shows that you know what you are talking about and makes is even more credible when you explain to the viewer the issues you had and how solved it. Maybe you could have added a specific location where there were now views of that place and how it is presented now after you worked with your students. The walk with us is an actual project that needs to be continued, so it would even be more credible if you provided so examples of the work you did with your students. I wish this could be done everywhere in the world.

Hello Marc, Great venture. The elevator pitch was clear and concise. The presentation was clean and easy to read. I enjoyed the fact that you did not bombard the presentation with lots of text and images. You identified the issue and provided a solution through simple explanations. I am not sure if my personal experience, same as you, seeing old neighborhood “disappearing” that made me really like this venture. I believe that this would be an excellent tool for youngster to experience and understand the history behind it. As an EVA, I do see the potencial of NeighbourhoodAR. Would the open database stories be available as videos, text or audio? Maybe within the presentation you could put a comparison table of what and your competitors offer, so there is a clear understanding of what makes you different.

Hello Natalia, I think that there might be a market to explore. I agree with Ying gu that you have clearly identified the issue but there is not specific “solution” or venture. You have provided detailed information on the pain point. However, I do not cleary see the venture. In your venture pitch you mention to apply teaching and learning methods and strategies. I would like to know more about the specific methods and/ or strategies. Within neuropsychology is there a specific service or product that you would like to venture into? It gives me the feeling that there is an idea but as an investor I would like to see a product to understand where my investment is going.
