My one thought around your pitch is you need to expand your focus a bit and give some salient details. As an investor I’d want to know what will this cost the districts? What’s the cost to transfer – when do they see ROI? So addressing how you get the districts to spend money to save money would be important to me. In your venture pitch you were very comprehensive. I feel I understood your product and what it could do. One suggestion I would suggest is to include more images and avoid reading the bullet points. You did embellish on what was on the screen but more people will read ahead on you. I like that you included the breakdown of expenses! Many real startups don’t do that!
