Workplace training is an important area of education, and I have often wondered if an introductory (and mandatory!) eLearning course for new hires would help in my workplace. Hi Lisa, Many thanks for your feedback. This is the "pain-point" I am trying to address with my venture. There is s lot of haziness regarding the need for training, cost, duration, etc. More than often training gets sidelined due to all these. From my experience of working at different kinds of organizations, I feel clarity, communication, and some focus, in the beginning, can help a lot. That is what I intend to do.
