FEEDBACK: Social Media use is such a slippery slope, any educational material created is a step in the right direction. This is definitely a need, but did you explore if there are already products in the market in place? I disagree with you that the video will reduce the risk. What the video will do is reduce the chance of something happening through education, but the risk remains the same unless your boards bands the use of social media all together. The ROI you speak of are not measurable and thus it is much more like a preventative measure. All the points you bring up are important and guidelines and policies you write about are needed at every organisation.

Thank you Jason for your feedback. I agree that a mention of the products already on the market should have been part of my pitch. Some previously existing materials may be used but the full pitch is to develop a specific policy and procedure for ABC and therefore some internal material development would still be required to communicate that to our employees.
