Thanks for your feedback. One thought, though. I don’t think investing in LMS is the first step for any training. Smaller training content is cheap to procure and often boosts employee productivity. I agree that general start-up mindset is looking at training as an extra, and hence sidelined, But if we can showcase the value, that enables their business, maybe we can try to create a different story. I know most of my feedback is “don’t train Start-ups”. And when I say start-up I do not necessarily mean a 5 people company created 3 months back. It could be a 20 people company created 2.5 -3 yrs back. MY bad that is not expressed clearly.
