Hi Ryan! I also worked at the University of Manitoba as an instructor in their IEP program when my husband was stationed in Winnipeg. Those were some chilly winters! We spent a lot of time eating a lot of food – Segovia, Peasant Cookery and Stella’s were some of our favourites. My favourite events were The Nutcracker in winter and the Folk Festival in summer. Hope the new semester’s been going smoothly so far – here’s to a great term!

There are definitely a lot of good eats in Winnipeg. I was pleasantly surprised when I moved here. If I ever move away I will definitely miss brunch at Stella's. A lot of Extended Education programs are now running online. If you're interested they are always hiring!
