I am super glad you found this helpful. I am also really interested in the article you chose to focus on. I think that it really points to the fact that there are still a lot of resources required to effectively (and practically) integrate AI into real businesses and organizations. And that people are still an essential part of AI success. But integration is certainly much more possible today than it was 5 years ago. It still feels a little frightening to me how much data can be used to influence human behavior (ie purchasing behavior). I guess we just need to utilize the developing consumer friendly AI counterparts in order to fight back! Really glad you found value in these resources.
