This is a very interesting product; it reminds me of the fancy touch tables they have in spy movies. The founder clearly has a lot of experience in designing different software, plus he has management experience which would be important in the running of a company. I also think that he has paid attention to the creation of his team and went beyond software engineers to include people with backgrounds of child psychology. To me this demonstrates an understanding of the different components and skills that you need to create a team with the “right stuff”. I think Pramod Sharma shows the importance of having a good team to help continue making a business successful.
